NewAge Dance Company is an ambient, visually artistic performance group. They have been likened to Cirque Du Soleil and to Rhythmic gymnastic. Simple and basic acrobatic skills are involved but are limited to cartwheels and back/front walkovers. Dramatic costumes are utilized. Performances are mostly done in black-light, with use of balls, hoops, sticks, ribbons, and skates. Strong Ballet, Jazz, and Lyrical technique are required, and athletic, strong bodies of any age are a plus. 25 or more dancers/performers men and women. Pointe shoes required for most but not all females.

Darlene DeMayo is the founder of 'NewAge Dance Company' a non profit 501(c)(3) organization. NewAge Dance Company's mission is to keep the performing arts growing and alive so as to build up communities that would be otherwise out of reach.

NewAge Dance Company needs donations that provide scholarships for children who wouldn't otherwise get the chance to take classes that can change their lives. It also provides opportunities for professional artists that do this for a living. Those who provide us with the entertainment we enjoy on our down time.
